INTRODUCTION
Racing to English is a CD ROM with more than 250 fun & flexible language activities for you to print out and use with your pupils/students.
EAL, ESOL & EFL
The activities have been developed for children & adults learning EAL, ESOL or EFL. They encourage focused language work and promote group work/learner interaction. Some of the activities are more suitable for older learners, some for younger, but most are suitable for any age. The activities are at beginner and intermediate level.
S.E.N.
Although the activities on the Racing to English CD were originally designed for English language learners, an increasing number of teachers are finding that the activities are very useful for pupils/students with particular learning needs. Those who need additional repetition and very focused language work especially benefit.
Whole Classes
Many of the activities are also useful in promoting language development for whole classes in primary schools.
